Couple share incredible before and after photos of school bus turned travel home

If you’ve never considered what life would be like if you eschewed the idea of the traditional home and decided to pimp the f**k out of a school bus, we reckon this little story might just change your mind. Deadset, after having a look at this, we’re considering it ourselves. Still, we won’t go rattling on, we’ll just introduce you to Robbie and Priscilla. These two are living the bloody dream right now – and it looks pretty f**ken swish…

Rightio, for a bit of context, Robbie and Priscilla have recently splashed out on a 1998 Thomas School Bus, and they’ve decked it out so much, it’s a full-on home. Obviously, the first question you might ask is why they didn’t just buy a motor-home, but if you know young couples, you’ll know they love to renovate.

For these two, though, it goes beyond that. They reckon that while they could have got a motor-home, they wanted something that would feel like a ‘home’. For them, the school bus had the right feels. And let’s be honest, that’s as good a reason as any.

According to Living In a Shoebox, “Robbie and Priscilla had to combat leaking windows that required full replacement, and after a year on renovations, a head gasket blew. They then had to sacrifice some of their renovation funds to replace the motor. Now, however, it purrs like a kitten with an engine with no more than 52,000 miles on the clock.”
