Gamer loses fallout 76 bet on Reddit and takes the loss like a fucking boss

If there’s one thing we love here at Ozzyman Reviews, it’s a bloke who stands by their promises, keeps their word and mans the f**k up when the chips are down. It’s a sign of integrity. A sign of reliability. A sign of principles. With that in mind, let us introduce you to Yadda.

When Bethesda began teasing the imminent release of something, gamers from across the world came together to crack one massive collective fat in anticipation of whatever that something was. Yes, while a vaultboy statue and TV screen sat idle on a live videostream, the gaming community gathered. At times over a hundred-thousand gamers watched the screen do abso-f**ken-lutely nothing.

Amongst this, forums and chatboards went into meltdown. Some of those, confident they knew what the impending announcement would be, made predictions. Yadda was one of those. Yadda was so confident, he bet other gamers that he’d drink an entire bottle of Tabasco sauce if Bethesda didn’t announce they’d remastered Fallout 3.

Well, Yadda was f**ken wrong. The announcement, as you’re no doubt aware, was for Fallout 76. Was he gonna back out and cry off? Yeah-nah. No way. He was about to prove once and for all that he was a man of his convictions. He said, “Pass me the f**ken Tabasco sauce.” And props to the bloke, he smashed that Tabasco like the first beer on a Friday afternoon. “I’ve made a big mistake,” he tells viewers. Into the glass the Tabasco goes and glug, glug, f**ken glug, it’s gone.

That, my friends, is how you skull a glass of anything. He even tips it back up to make sure he gets every last drop. According to the Reddit chat Yadda visited afterwards, the chilli squits didn’t wait long to make their presence felt.

Final thought: Yadda, although overly confident in his initial prediction put his money where his mouth was and nailed that Tabasco. Seriously, if gaming doesn’t work out for him, there might well be a future in competitive eating. Good stuff, Yada. You’re a top bloke for your dedication to your word. This beer’s for you. Hopefully it washes the taste of Tabasco away.
