Aussie news reporter drops F-bomb live during 4pm bulletin
Here in Ozzyland, we’re well-known for enjoying a f**ken good swear. Deadset, we’re renowned for it. Fortunately, though, even we have bloody boundaries. Yeah, nah, we don’t do that s**t before dinner, and we definitely don’t bust out the blue language in front of the tin-lids. Well, most of us don’t. The same can’t be said for Channel 9’s Lana Murphy, though. Yeah, nah, she’s out here just f**ken swearing on the 4pm news bulleting, and, frankly, we’re shocked.
In case you didn’t catch it, the cheeky sheila was cutting a piece for Channel 9 Melbourne’s 4pm bulletin when the bloody wind caught her hair.
In response, she just drops a full-on ‘f**k my life!’
Have a bloody squiz at the footage. It’s gold! Of course, we don’t really give a s**t. It’s not like Channel 9’s known for being a shining example of serious news, and to be honest, this is a perfect insight into the casual swearing Ozzies are so good at.
There’s no bloody anger in it. It’s just one of those friendly f**ks you drop when you’re mildly inconvenienced. Still, as soon as it hit the airwaves, they cut to anchor Alicia Loxley, who apologised to viewers.
Thanks for the love friends & apologies to those who got more than they bargained for on @9NewsMelb. Unfortunately the wrong version (clearly) of a pre-record made it to air but thankfully I have a great boss and I’ll be back on your screens tomorrow. 2020 though am I right? 🤷🏼♀️

Murphy jumped on Twitter and apologised for her potty-mouth, explaining that some prick ballsed-up the cross by uploading the wrong video file.

Final thought: Yeah, jokes aside, we reckon it’d be s**thouse if there was to be any full-on punishment or consequence from this. It’s an honest mistake. Have a watch of the video and let us know what you reckon in the Facebook comments.
