Cop promises no arrest wants to ‘throw hands’ instead – actually follows through

The police. These b*stards have a bloody tricky job on their hands. They’re supposed to help people from all walks of life, but that’s not always easy. Every now and then a cop just has to deal with someone who’s not their biggest fan – even if that same person actually asked them for help. And that seems to be the case in today’s video…

This isn’t the time or place to go into the history of police brutality v police fairness, and there’s certainly one or two different takeaways from this video depending on where you stand, so let’s stick to the basics.

The policeman in the video has turned up to a domestic violence call. Apparently, his mates have had to visit the house a few times because the girl who lives there is something of a firecracker. From what’s said, it seems like the cops have been called because she’s only a step or two away from the slammer and has walloped her mum. That’s never good.

The brother who lives there is one of those blokes who’s just not a fan of the police. He’s pissed that they just don’t seem to be helping out and making sure his sister experiences some time in her majesty’s service.

The cop, Samuel Rosario, takes umbrage with the vitriol and it seems like his ego can’t take the criticism. There’s a whole lot of ‘fuck you,’ ‘nah, fuck you,’ and eventually, Rosario seems to completely lose the plot.

Giving him the benefit of the doubt, it must be frustrating to put up with abuse from blokes who want to help every day. Being blunt about it, this cop is just itching for a fight. Is it right? Is it wrong? You decide. What’s definitely apparent though is that the poor kid doesn’t stand a chance. Call it a hunch, but I reckon Officer Rosario knows that. He seems like kind of a bully.

So, as you’ll see in the video, he promises the mouthy brother that he won’t arrest him if he wants to throw hands. Then he refuses to take no for an answer. He doesn’t just bait the dude, he gives him no f**ken choice.

Eventually, it happens. The camera shows him pummelling the f**k out of the dude. Still, on the flipside, he stuck to his word and stopped his partner from arresting him. What a top bloke.
