The new iPhone is rumoured to get a surprise feature that Steve Jobs would f*cken hate
G’day, ladies and wankers. How the f**k are you today? If you’re an Apple fan, you might be starting to get a little bit of a technology boner, because if rumours are to be believed, Apple is expected to announce its new IPhone line-up in just a few short weeks.
As you probably know, Apple – whether you love their sh*t or ya f**ken hate it – are pretty well-known purveyors of fine-quality mobile phones. In today’s world, that’s a pretty bloody big thing. After all, how else are you gonna get the latest Ozzy Man Reviews videos straight to your YouTube and Twitter accounts?
Anyway, as with any impending new release, there are rumours circulating about what you can expect from the forthcoming line-up of IPhones. The 2017 model was pretty f**ken popular with critics and customers alike. Apparently, the phone was really good in the way it let f**kers phone other f**kers, the camera was really good in the way it let f**kers take selfies, and everything else about it was really good in the way it did everything else.
Of course, you can’t talk Apple without talking Steve Jobs. It seems like a legion of Apple fanboys and the company itself still worship at the altar of Steve Jobs, but while some think that’s only become more apparent since his death in 2011, the latest rumours suggest Apple is about to buck the trend with an inclusion for the new IPhones that’d piss Steve right off.
We are, of course, talking about the stylus. Steve was a notorious hater of the little plastic doohickeys. His famous IPhone launch speech saw him rip sh*t on the little b*stards. “Who wants a stylus? You have to get em’, put em’ away. You lose them. Yuck! Nobody wants a stylus. So let’s not use a stylus,” he said.
But with some organisations predicting the Apple Pencil will be offered as an option with the new IPhone, things might be about to change for the company. The Sun and China’s Economic Daily News have said two of the three newest IPhones will offer the accessory.
In the past, the Apple Pencil has been available with some IPads.
Final thought: Whether you’re the kinda bloke or blokette who loves Apple or not, ya can’t really say old mate Steve didn’t change the way we use technology. As for whether or not that technology shouldn’t come with options is a bit harder to argue against. I mean, some of you might like a stylus. If ya can get one, that’s got to be a good thing.
