Frog and Mice ride Eastern brown snake to escape flood waters

In case you didn’t know, parts of Ozzyland are f**ken flooded right now. Deadset, as I sit here staring out me window, the bloody cricket pitch I can usually see is hiding beneath a flooded river. School’s been cancelled, roads are closed, and everyone’s a bit f**ken over it. Of course, that might also make you wonder how the little critters are going. All right, as you know, Ozzyland is home to some pretty f**ken serious snakes. One of those is the eastern brown. If you’re not sure about the eastern brown, all you really need to know is that it’s not to be f**ked with. It’s a beautiful specimen but it’s highly venomous.

Apparently, though, when it rains, they actually don’t mind helping out their future food sources. Yeah, nah, just like you might lift your corn flakes out of the way of flood waters, brown snakes do the same thing.

As you can see from the video, these legends were all trapped in a rainwater tank, and with it filling up, they were desperate to get out. Yeah, nah, the frog and two mice – which all make for snake food – jumped on the serpent’s back and went for a ride as they tried to get help from some local humans.

As you can see, the people did their best not to f**k things up, but, at the end of the day, they’re only human and, well, they f**ked things up. The snake started doing laps, a mouse fell off…it was all a bit hectic.

Nevertheless, those who were there reckon that all were eventually saved and let loose to feast another day. F**k yes, teamwork. F**k yes.

Final thought: What we like about this is that it’s further evidence that the animals know how to be nice too. We talk a lot of s**t about some animals, but here, you’ve got a deadly f**ken snake saving a frog, some mice, and even some beetles. That’s classy as f**k that is.
