Bloke identifies as being from the 1820s and only dresses from that era

There’s no two ways about it. Some blokes are born dapper and others are destined to wear their sacred socks and skid-marked grundies forever. One of those who is a card-carrying fancy-pants mofo is Pommy bloke Zack Pinsent. Have a bloody squiz at this dude’s foptastic wardrobe and you’ll see what we mean…

We’ll start you off with a key bit of knowledge about this 25-year-old Brighton local. He burned his last pair of jeans at 14 and he hasn’t looked back since.

‘Course, it’s probably worth bearing in mind that he didn’t burn ‘em because the missus was like, “Look, mate, they’re so infested with bacteria they’re starting to grow a back-bone!

You bring ‘em in the house, and I’ll bloody thong ya!”

Yeah, nah, Zack’s burning was ceremonial. “At 14 I made the symbolic decision to burn my only pair of jeans in a bonfire; it was a real turning point.” And by turning point, he means he had an epiphany. Deadset. He was like, “You know, I don’t really have to wear modern pants again.” And he hasn’t. Legend.

This all started back when he was a whippersnapper. His family was moving and they found a box of Grandpa’s clothes. Instead of being all like, ‘Ew! These must have been beating-off pants because I’m pretty sure that’s a jizz-stain,’ Zack was like. “Bloody bonza!”

He tried the outfits on. They fit like a charm and he’s since been possessed by the spirit of his foppish grandfather. Nah, we’re just messing with you. He just really liked the clothes and wore them as much as he could.

Since then, he’s kept one foot firmly in the fashion of the past while moving forward with his own business. He researches the crap out of old historical clothes and makes accurate versions of the classics. Some of the designs take years to make, but for Zack it’s all worth it.

‘It’s hard for men. We can’t show exuberance but I love what I do and I’m only doing it for my own enjoyment.’

Final thought: Once again, we can see that if you’ve got a drive to achieve something in your life, you can do it. Sure, you might have to find a different niche or do something that sets you apart from the rest, but if your goal is to be a fabulous fop, it can be done. Zack is living proof of that.
