Teenager’s reaction to girl getting her period on a bus has created a f*cken storm online

Deadset, if there’s one thing about femininity, women, and the fairer sex men can’t really understand, it’s menstruation. Whether you know it as ‘that time of the month’ or just ‘the period’, it’s only fair to say that for many blokes, the idea of bleeding out of a key part of your body on a monthly schedule is f**ken hard to comprehend. That’s not to say all blokes struggle though. As one young lady found out on her school bus recently, a bit of decorum, a bit of quick-thinking and a bit of class still exist for some blokes.

Let’s start off by saying that chicks handle their period like f**ken pros. We hate to think how blokes would react to having that kind of problem on a regular basis for a significant portion of their lives, but seeing as we’re ‘fixers’, there would undoubtedly be some sort of craziness going on.

Anyway, back to the story, when a young bloke noticed that a chick on his school bus had unexpectedly got her period, and it was visible from behind, he didn’t f**ken laugh at her, he didn’t point it out to his mates, and he didn’t give her sh*t. Nope, this little legend politely informed her and gave her his jumper to tie around her waist.

The girl, obviously bloody embarrassed, refused at first, but when he told her it was okay and that he has sisters and just wants to help, she took the sweater and got herself out of a tight situation.

The girl’s mum was f**ken stoked. She posted this message to her Gurgaon Mum’s Facebook group:

My daughter started her period on the bus ride home today. A boy a year older than her… that she doesn’t really know… pulled her aside and whispered in her ear that she had a stain on the back of her pants and gave her his sweater to tie around her waist so she could walk home off of the bus.

She went on to give praise to the boy’s mother too.

She (the daughter) said she was kind of embarrassed and originally said it’s okay… but the boy insisted and told her ‘I have sisters, it’s all good!’ If you are this boy’s Mom… I want to say thank you and that you are raising him right!!

Final thought: F**ken good on ya, dude. You’re a class act and a top bloke. Everyone else, you can learn from this sh*t. Be f**ken cool to each other and have each other’s backs. Good sh*t. In the mean-time, check out these blokes reading ‘period’ tweets.
