We see them everywhere: on the sides of roads, in the forests, in the bushlands, parks, and nature-strips, but we don’t always really appreciate just how awesome they are. We’re talking, of course, about trees. Yeah, nah, despite all the drawings your kid’s whacked up on the fridge, not all trees are just big green blobs on a brown line. Final thought: Yeah, nah, we’re with you lot. Trees are pretty f**ken cool. Without ‘em, we wouldn’t have wood. Bloody animals would have nowhere to live, and the world would be a whole lot shorter on oxygen. Next time you’re drinking a beer, raise your glass to trees. Let’s hope they stick around forever and never leave us.
