This bloke trolls Facebook pages pretending to be customer service, and it’s bloody gold

You might remember that a while ago we covered a bloke from Pommyland who was calling himself the Amazing Troll-Man and having a bit of fun on company’s official Facebook pages. If you don’t, this bloody legend had set up a Facey account called Customer Support, and was using it to drive people f**ken bats**t. Basically, he’d comment on customer complaints and try to get a laugh out of them. Anyway, the cheeky bugger’s still at it. Have a squiz.

Look, we’ve got to start with this one about Max Hold. Bloody Troll-Man drops a few good puns and turns a grumpy situation into a f**ken funny one.

Recently, Troll-Man, whose real name is Wes Metcalfe went on the record to explain why he does it:

“For those that don’t know me, I’m the internet troll who turned the game sideways. Instead of anger, I provoke only laughter and my victims are those who are already seriously miffed.”

“Companies’ Facebook pages are my stomping ground, where disgruntled customers are in their plenty. My method is simple, I have a Facebook profile called ‘Customer Support’ and by changing my profile picture to the relevant company logo I can fool those customers into thinking I’m the real thing.”

He reckons his aim is simple: “To turn those frowns upside down, get people laughing and for folk to take a step back and not take life so seriously. But with great power comes great responsibility. It’s my gift, my curse. Who am I? I’m The Amazing Troll-Man, your friendly neighbourhood troll.”

We don’t know about you blokes, but we bloody love it. Some of the s**t-talking is expert level, and the nature of the attacks means they can come at any time. Deadset, it’s genius.
