Judges left gobsmacked after human on Talent Show eats sausages with her bum

We’re often told that if you want to achieve your dreams, you’ve gotta work hard. That, in fairness, seems like bloody great advice. Get your head down and your arse up and hone your skills. No matter what you’re doing, it’s going to help you improve. Then, if you really want fame, take your skills to a talent show and wait for your luck to come in.

By now, we’re all pretty familiar with the general concept of the primetime talent show, so we’re not gonna bother harping on about that, but we will say that even though most contestants want to sing and dance, we’re sometimes blessed with a different kind of performance.

That’s exactly what German contestant Duckie L’Orange offered. Yeah, nah, yeah, this chick’s a bloody impressionist. Her specialty is assuming the role of animals like dogs. Of course, she’s got a slightly different technique to most. Instead of using facial expressions and clever body contortions, she just paints a face on her arse and makes it eat sausages.

Deadset, have a bloody gander at this. She comes out and takes the stage without saying a word to the judges, and while there’s a bit of a narrative thread about a lost dog that sees her begin her act from inside a cage, the moment she appears from behind the curtain with her painted butt-cheeks is the one that sends the judges wild.

And then she produces the sausages.

Yeah, we all know the Germans love their sausages. Well, apparently, their dogs do too. Duckie lines up on the ground and then slams her ‘dog’ down onto them. She then shuffles backwards, getting her crack right over the snags, and they f**ken disappear. We’re not exactly sure where they went, but we’ve got a good idea. Have a bloody squiz and see if you can tell us.

For what it’s worth, L’Orange has said that ‘As a comedy performer, it’s my Magnum Opus, my greatest artistic achievement. A simple story about a woman who has lost something important, her dog.’

Final thought: Look, while Duckie might not have made the next round of the show, she’s certainly not done her publicity any harm. And there’s a lesson there. The hours of hard work that she’s clearly put into this can’t bring her success on their own. Yeah, nah, sometimes you’ve just gotta risk being a bit cheeky and put yourself out there. If you’ve got a gift the world needs to see, go for it. Spread the word and maybe good things will come your way!
