Kevin Hart has posted online for first time since devastating car crash

As you probably know, Kevin Hart took a pretty nasty car-ride to Destination F**ked in the not too distant past. It was pretty big news at the time, with loads of the bloke’s friends and family sending their best. The news that Hart was pretty badly injured in the crash eventually came out. Specifically, they mentioned that he’d f**ked his back up. Since then, we’ve been waiting with baited breath to see when Kev would update us on his situation.

Well, that moment has come.

In an emotional video on his Instagram page, the cheeky legend is seen hanging with family and friends, undergoing physical therapy sessions and wearing a harness as he tries to get himself back into peak shape.

He overlays the video with a heartfelt message for his fans and reflects on what he’s learned in rehab.

“Basically what you realise is that you’re not in control. No matter how much you think you’re in control. You’re not in control. At the end of the day, it can all be over, man.”

Obviously, he starts off pretty deep, but we reckon that’s more than fair. After all, you’ve gotta see your life flash before your eyes in epic accidents like the one he endured.

“When God talks, you’ve gotta listen,” he says. “And I swear life is funny. Because some of the craziest things that happen to you end up being the things you needed most. And in this case, I honestly feel like God basically told me to sit down. If you’re moving too fast and you’re doing too much, sometimes you can’t see the things that you’re meant to see.”

As the video pans out, and we get to see Kevin living his life post-crash, he also thanks his fans. “My appreciation for life is through the roof. I’m thankful for my family, my friends.”

His wife, Enniko Parrish, who’s front and centre for much of the video even commented on the post: “Your true fans were concerned, praying & missing you deeply. Thank you ALL for your kind words and allowing us to heal during this time.”

Shortly after, Hart posted a second video where he roasts his good mate The Rock with a classic Halloween costume. Obviously, it’s not gonna be too long before Kevin’s back to his best.

Final thought: We’re pretty grateful Mr. Hart is coming good! Obviously, there’s still a whole lot he’ll need to do to fully recover from what’s supposed to have been a pretty bad injury, but he seems like a fighter. In the meantime, good s**t, Kevvy. Good s**t, mate.
