Check out this awesome couple’s alien chest-burster maternity shoot

Ladies, gentlemen, wankers and f**k-knuckles, we are gathered here today to celebrate a very special event for two people who know what it means to create a memorable experience and make sure their maternity photos always hold a legendary place in their hearts. Yeah, nah, when Todd and Nicole Cameron took photos to commemorate the fact that Nicole had something living inside her, they didn’t just want stock-standard photos, they wanted to pay homage to one of the greatest horror scenes of all time: the chest-burster scene from the first Alien movie. Luckily for us, they shared the photos!

It’s pretty bloody grouse that as a culture we’ve begun treating things like this as the fun events they should be. Just recently, we posted about a Viking wedding, and today, we’ve got the photos from Todd and Nick’s Alien themed maternity photo-shoot.

And we’d be fair dinkum remiss if we didn’t at least mention in passing that the idea of having something growing inside you is pretty bloody horrifying whether it’s a chest-burster or a human baby. Anyway, the two happy parents-to-be shared their awesome photos on Facebook.

Todd’s tongue-in-cheek caption showed that he’s even working on his bloody dad jokes already.  “Well, you won’t believe what happened yesterday DURING OUR MATERNITY SHOOT!!! Our chests are bursting with love for our new addition!”

Perhaps best of all, the cheeky buggers even scheduled the photo-shoot to take place in a pumpkin patch and cornfield. Pretty bloody good timing considering the month of October is upon us – and if you’re not celebrating Oktoberfest, you may as well be celebrating Halloween.

Final thought: This is just bloody awesome. How f**ken grouse is it that one day, the little chest-burster will grow up into a kid who can look at these photos and go, ‘sh*t, you guys were cool once. What happened?’
