Bloody legends use digger to save dog from drowning

F**ken dogs are right up there with the best creatures on the planet. Yeah, nah, deadset, they’re truly bloody awesome. That’s why we love people that love dogs. They’re bloody grouse. Dogs are grouse. And, when you think about it, diggers are grouse too. Fair dinkum, show me someone who doesn’t get a bit excited when they see a digger. We bet you can’t. Anyway, that’s what makes this story so good – all three elements come together in a big explosion of awesome!

When the video starts, there’s a bloke stepping into the bucket. Seeing this, we’re kinda wondering what he’s doing. We’re thinking he might be about to do some tricky s**t, but we’re not sure. Yeah, nah, we’ve just got to let it play.

When we do, we see his mates start to lower the bucket. That gets us thinking that he might actually be a pirate. Yeah, nah, he’s a fair dinkum digger pirate and this is their version of walking the plank. And then we see the dog.

That’s when we know that they’re not pirates. They’re not doing tricky s**t. They are, in fact, heroes. They don’t have capes, but that doesn’t mean anything. Anyone who uses machinery like this to save a dog is a deadset legend.

The dog is, quite literally, up s**t creek without a paddle. It’s struggling against the torrential stormwater, and it’s pretty much f**ked. And then it sees the bloody legend in the digger bucket. He’s calling it over and the dog’s like F**K YES.

He races to the heroic digger dude. Naturally, the digger dude plucks him from the water with a firm grip and gets the dog to safety. Don’t get us wrong, it’s f**ken terrified, but it knows that safety is only a few seconds away.

You know what, though, that’s not even the best moment. Nah, that’s when the dog, knowing it’s on dry land, has a f**ken massive shake. Look at that water fly!
